Splice or Butt Terminals

Introduction

A butt splice connector is a form of so called “crimp” connectors. Crimp connectors are used to terminate wires safely, or connect one wire to another. The wire is inserted into the connector.

Splice connectors are plastic clips used to make quick splices or connections with two or more pieces of wire. They are designed for use with electrical cables, telephone cables and electrical device wires.
