Introduction

Cable glands are defined as ‘mechanical cable entry devices’ which are used in conjunction with cable and wiring for electrical, instrumentation & control, and automation systems, including lighting, power, data and telecoms.

Cable glands are resistant to corrosion as determined by selection to a standard, or by corrosion resistance tests.

Standard cable glands give good all-round performance. Cable glands can be supplied assembled with locknuts and sealing washers as required.

High performance cable glands are the next generation of cable glands with enhanced IP and load functionality. Also providing high strength and performance for a variety of applications.

Manufactured from Polyamide 6.6 with nitrile rubber seals.
