TransTechnical Solutions (TTS) is an organisation based in Meadowdale, Johannesburg, South Africa. Strategically, Johannesburg is vital to the South African and African markets, with international and local companies relying on the technical, financial and manufacturing infrastructure based in the Gauteng region. TTS is a leading supplier to the industrial, mining, rail and governmental sectors of the South African and African markets, with a comprehensive product range, incorporating low, medium and high voltage equipment.

Our association includes major OEM manufacturers reaching as far as Europe, Asia and the America’s, which enables TTS to offer comprehensive solutions to our clients, based on the latest technology available worldwide. In our commitment to quality, TTS and our partners comply with the most stringent national and international standards and approvals and utilise the latest technology and materials in our manufacturing processes.

TTS’ focus is based on two distinct sectors of the market, low voltage cable management, distribution and monitoring equipment, and medium voltage power transmission and distribution equipment.

At TTS, we offer our customers services and engineering skills to help them effectively use electrical power through a wide range of solutions in the areas of cable protection, wire and cable management, power connection, safety technology, rail and renewable energy. We are committed to understanding our customers’ needs and improving their business performance by providing superior products with reliable lead times, specifications and quality assurances.

BBBEE

Black economic empowerment is a social and economic imperative in South Africa today. Currently a Level 2 contributor, TTS is proud to announce 51% Female Black ownership from 2018, thus qualifying us as a 125% contributor per legislative BBBEE policy. Our BBBEE certificate is available on request.

RAILROAD ASSOCIATION(RRA)

At the RailRoad Association (RRA), we trust in our ability to make a positive contribution towards resolving many of the sub-continent’s current transport challenges, by creating a forum for discussion and debate among industry leaders, politicians and the general public. We at the RRA seek to foster the development of greater trust and a closer working relationship between members of the rail industry in the Southern African region. Complex issues that need to be resolved in the transport sector in Africa are treated as a matter of urgency we believe that a better understanding of these issues, and their interdependence, is essential for all members of the Rail Industry.

SOUTH AFRICAN FLAMEPROOF ASSOCIATION(SAFA)

The South African Flameproof Association is a non profit body, and is an association of companies involved in explosion prevention/protection techniques for equipment used in hazardous atmospheres in industry and mining. It comprises almost 200 member companies which include both end users and manufacturers, as well as relevant government bodies and equipment testing houses. The association has branches in Gauteng (Johannesburg) KwaZulu-Natal (Durban) and the Cape (Cape Town).

Corporate Social Responsibility

TTS is committed to implementing corporate social responsibility strategies in line with internationally recognised sustainability guidelines and principles. TTS recognises that its long-term prosperity and the sustainability of its operations rely on a climate of economic and social prosperity, as well as the integrity of the natural environment. We regularly contribute to the ASHA Trust, provider of early childhood development support programmes for home-based crèches in disadvantaged communities.
