Spade/Fork Terminals

Introduction

Spade or fork terminals come in a variety of configurations for both insulated spade terminals, and non-insulated spade terminals.

Non-insulated spade terminals are typically the most economical. Use these when no special characteristics or protection is required.

Vinyl insulated spade terminals are the most economical of the insulated spade terminals.

Nylon spade terminals provide higher temperature and better durability than vinyl.

For the maximum protection and environmental exposure, use heat shrink spade terminals.

Spade terminals come in either standard, flanged, or locking spades.

Both flanged and locking spades are designed to hold themselves to the mounting stud better than the standard spades.
